With over 18 years of Australian and international experience in building and property management, I am professionally qualified in Civil Engineering Construction Carpentry and have exceptional people and problem-solving skills. I manage professional building management, property care and cleaning teams to deliver exceptional services to over 400 lots valued at over $400 million. I have successfully project-managed facility and building upgrades, capital works projects including fire rectification, lift and plant upgrades, amenities and EOTF, and the facilitation of defects and remedial works over $ 3 million, involving multiple stakeholders for residential, commercial and mixed strata properties as well as property developers in Sydney and the UK.

Established T&G Carpentry employing a number of carpenters and maintenance professionals to serve a diverse client base across the UK. During this time I taught a group of construction professionals and students to build and design sets at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama. The team also provided carpentry and maintenance services to real estate agents and developers across the UK including Cardiff Bay Development Corporation, Plymouth University and Bath University. I facilitated energy management and sustainability planning, preventative maintenance planning, coordinated trades and services, responsible for OH&S and site inspections.

As part of the HomeSafe Project trained to provide locksmith services to vulnerable people including families that had experienced violence or domestic abuse, and people experiencing hate crime such as race, homophobia or disability hate crime. Signposted clients to additional support services, and provided peer support.

Gained my Civil Engineer Construction Carpentry qualification working on major construction developments in Sydney. This included World Square, Broadway Shopping Centre, Pyrmont Apartments, Westmead Hospital, Chatswood Mandarin Centre, Pitt Street Apartments as well as Sydney’s major link roads. Learning all aspects of the Construction Industry and attending Lidcombe TAFE College to solidify theoretical studies with practical work.
