As Fund Manager of Charter Hall Office Trust (“CHOT”), a $2.2b commercial office property portfolio, I am responsible for developing and implementing the strategy, management and investment performance of the Fund. This involves collaborating with the property service teams to retain existing and attract new tenant customers, grow income and optimize profitability and investment returns for the Fund. I have been associated with CHOT since 2004 and prior to moving into my current role I was accountable for the overall performance of Charter Hall Direct’s property portfolio (~$1.9b commercial office).Throughout my time at Charter Hall I have delivered strategic asset management projects, focused on major lease negotiations and implemented a number of add value initiatives to the Group’s property portfolio. My personal highlight being the rezoning of 500-520 Pacific Highway, St Leonards from an obsolete office building into a 42 storey mixed use development site.
