My journey at Oregon State University is shaping me into a proficient mechanical engineer, with a focus on finite element analysis for composite materials. As part of my senior project, I've delved into the mechanical behaviors of composites, aiming to streamline both weight and production processes. The use of ANSYS for simulations, coupled with hands-on experimental validations, has honed my technical expertise.Collaboration and innovation are at the heart of my values, consistently driving me to challenge norms and introduce fresh perspectives. My time at Bright Wood Corporation and as a tutor at Jefferson County School District 509J reinforced my teamwork abilities, a skill I leverage in academic projects and which I plan to carry into future professional endeavors.
