Area Creative Manager Topshop Topman - Eastern Canada

- Recruitment and launch of Canada's first TOPSHOP/TOPMAN store, and all 9 stores thereafter (10 brick and mortar stores across Canada, including largest International franchise store: Vancouver)- Oversee Creative teams for both brands; including, but not limited to: window/interior mannequin and prop composition/installation, void area art installations, and high level displays.- Working closely with the Senior Corporate team on creative strategies and concepts for seasonal store displays, installations, floor plans, and directives to smaller locations.- Overseeing styling across both brands, and composing training and direction across country.- Window and prop planning and strategy on National level, including liasing with UK counterparts on design and allocation.- Sourcing and vendor relationship building, ensuring props are delivered on time and on budget.- Coaching, training, & influencing all store staff to deliver visual excellence & maintain brand consistency across all doors.- Learning and development, as well as working closely with store Visual Managers to nurture talent and detail succession planning.- Styling workshops held in markets to stay current to brand, with emphasis on style-to-market dressing, all while adhering to the core TS/TM brand DNA.
