I am also a certified circuit civil mediator and a qualified court appointed arbitrator.As General Counsel for several roofing associations, including NRCA, CRCA, WSRCA, FRSA, IRCA, RCAW, URCA, RCASC, TARC, NTRCA, RT3, ERA, and NSA, I fight for the roofing industry nationwide. I am licensed in nine states and the District of Columbia, and I have authored multiple books and articles on OSHA defense, roofing law, and construction law. I host the #1 construction law podcast, Law & Mortar, and I have received numerous peer and industry awards for my service and excellence. My mission is to protect and advance the interests of the construction and roofing industries, and to provide innovative and practical solutions to their legal challenges.
