I help people get fit in all sorts of places – in-person, online, and in special group workouts and I make sure everything is where it needs to be by providing instructors with what they need to run our national programs.

I create and shoot cycling workout videos, making sure they’re aligned with what our users want and what we aim for in our program. I also review educational content and leverage the latest tech to build modules that keep people coming back for more.

In this contract role, I served as the go-to expert for creating high quality training and workouts for athletes of all ages--or as I like to say, ageless athletes.

At TRX, I dove into the world of Age Strong and created an 8-session training series. This project involved some serious research, design, and crafting an app-based experience—all of which included filming, delivering content, and making everything accessible through web and mobile platforms.

I was the fitness guru, managing in-person, online, and on-demand workout sessions. I also had my hands full keeping an eye on our exceptional staff to ensure our programs ran like a well-oiled m̶a̶c̶h̶i̶n̶e̶ ̶ treadmill. My main priority (outside of safety!) was getting our awesome members pumped and fit through group workouts.

I created fresh fitness content and took the helm on some signature programs, including Athletic HIIT, Barre, Pilates, and Cycle. I also delivered in-person, digital, and on-demand courses and trainings for group fitness programs.

I ensured our fitness and wellness content was successful with our target age group, filming and sharing everything, whether on-demand or live-streaming.

I started my own coaching gig, where I help people 1-on-1 with weight management, fitness, and learning to eat right. A huge part of my training was about making those healthy changes stick.
