Provided strategic vision, oversight, design and development to support Academic Leaders and over 1,500 faculty at 41 campuses nationwide. Oversaw and established faculty evaluation and performance metrics, including any additional remediation and/or support initiatives to elevate and support performances. • Strategized, evaluated, and coordinated with all levels of senior management, HR, and Organizational Development to establish a professional development program for Academic Leaders (Deans/Directors of Education), including the design—applying ADDIE model—and development of key functional and cross-functional areas to be delivered via e-learning modules and webinars and accessed on the LMS.• Designed course content, created experiential learning activities, collaborated with SMEs, and supervised the creation of e-learning modules, using Captivate and Articulate Storyline 2, to support the Director of Education Professional Development Program.• Assessed the overall efficacy of faculty development, both online and on-ground schools, and then implemented comprehensive faculty development program utilizing a combination of vendor and self-generated resources with synchronous and asynchronous delivery with reporting capabilities.• Conducted training presentations and developed resources, webinars, and in-services to support all levels of campus Academic Leaders (Directors of Education, Program Chairs, and Clinical Coordinators, Lead Instructors and faculty) in order to facilitate improved teaching skills, student engagement, and student retention.• Instituted and trained all staff on two key corporate-wide initiatives for all campuses: professionalism and service-learning.
