This increased risk management and compliance whilst significantly reduced potential errors.• Selection and management of implementation of an EMS to give dealing team best practice trade execution technology, greatly increasing the best execution tools available to the dealers.• Invited as an industry expert to be a founding member of Quorum 15 in Sydney – a global industry group focused on best execution practices and engaging regulators and exchanges.• Significantly improved relationship between front and back office resulting in less rework and faster problem solving• Execution of difficult trades - example sale of 18.5% of small cap company prior to the share price going to zero.
