I started in the radio business at a local station and then became the production & Operations Manager. I then went to work for Johnson Publishing Company in Chicago supporting their am & fm stations. After ten years doing radio production, I moved into corporate video. Starting as an editor and working myself up to a producer/Director, I worked on many training videos for clients such as BP Amoco, Motorola, SBC Ameritech, WGN Radio, LTV Steel Company, Loyola University and Platinum Entertainment. I also worked on many non-profit videos as well. During this time, I honed my skills as a writer and interviewer. I love to interview people. In 2001 I accepted a position with DirectionsAV. Since then, I have spent my time being a producer/director & show producer. I have also served as production manager. During my time at Directions I have interviewed many Senators & Congressmen, Cabinet officials and even a White House Chief of Staff. I have also interviewed many celebrities such as Chet Atkins, Les Paul, Jimmy Dean, Jerry Reed, Waylon Jennings, Tommy Smothers and Roy Clark Just to name a few. I have worked on projects for many clients and associations, many in the financial and insurance sector. Companies like New York Life, American General, AIG and Nationwide. Associations such as AALU, NAIFA, GAMA, NAILBA, SFSP, American College and others. I also produce the "realLIFEstories" series every year for the Life Foundation for Education. These stories are used by insurance professionals to educate the public on the importance of life insurance. The stories also appear each year in Newsweek magazine. Today, I am Creative Services Manager for M2 Events Group. Creating all forms of media for widescreen meetings and the web.
