I am a dedicated and results-driven individual with experience in customer service, event coordination, and website management through internships and work experience. Having graduated from Rutgers University in May 2024 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and minors in Critical Intelligence Studies and Human Resource Management, I am now looking forward to applying my education in the professional world.As a staff intern at The Center on Policing at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ, I managed the website content, edits, and additions, attended conferences on hot topics, and created articles relating to each subject. I also managed subscriber correspondence through Constant Contact and coordinated events.Apart from my internship, I also worked as a Waiter/Bartender at Ani Ramen, New Brunswick, NJ. I consistently provided excellent, friendly service and personal attention to each patron, trained new staff members, and handled the POS system and cash. Previously, I served as a Team Associate at Target, Edison, NJ, where I worked as a cashier, stock, and customer service associate and provided excellent customer service through troubleshooting, patience, and research.
