Built the first revenue generating market (ANZ) then grew SEA to result in a strong business across the APAC region. As a board and executive member was responsible for scaling the business globally into 7 markets.Key areas of my role: ● Worked across product, engineering, sales, finance as well as general management, specifically owning revenue in APAC, beginning with $0.00 and growing to approximately $6M by the time I left the business. ● Successfully raised capital from angel/seed funding through to Series B, including involvement in developing materials, identifying leads, engaging and pitching investors.● Built a local team of 10 with zero budget and launched and (was one of three founders that) established the business globally with over 100 employees in 7 markets. ● Developed the go to market business strategy and rolled-up sleeves to execute on the of opening of new markets outside ANZ including Singapore, Tokyo, London, and New York. ● Consistently attracted and retained top talent - supported them across the business by being active and involved both with employees and clients - partnering with them to problem solve and tackle challenges that achieved business growth. -
