· Senior management team member responsible for 75 employees; reported to Chief Investment Officer and Board of Directors.· Invested 10% of total assets, contributing to growth of assets under management from $8 billion to $56 billion.· Launched Endeavor Fund, named one of the five promising new funds in 1998, and Growth and Income Fund, a category leader.· Spearheaded Growth Fund, added to S&P Select List; ran/marketed similar funds in Europe, Canada and the UK.· Recruited, hired and mentored portfolio managers / analysts. Achieved highest level of leadership in the organization.
