- Train interns through demonstration, conversation, and testing.- Identify quarterly goals and objectives, and make a strategic plan to hit those goals- Facilitate meetings with coaches, athletic directors, and presidents of organization to expand ETS Performances clientele- Communicate with clients to update them on their athlete, get renewals, and obtain payment information

- Prepare workouts for athletes and give nutrition advice- Coach athletes on technique, hard work, and mindset- Run group/ team classes and maintain cleanliness of the facility

- Help start and operate a peer to peer mentoring program (non-profit organization), by coming up with a mission statement, formulating contracts with web developers, and brainstorming how to run the organization with other members of the board- Participate in ongoing board meetings to identify problems with the organization, where we want to head, and to strategically plan for the next three years- Facilitate fundraising events like a dinner gala, golf outing, and hockey game by partnering with various organizations, putting together budgets, marketing, and assembling and assigning teams for various events and activities. - Operate social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, facebook, and TikTok to further the organization's reach and promote fundraising events

- Make sales pitches to possible customers/client on Herbalife products - Staying engaged with customers and checking up with them- Personalizing meal plans and workouts to reach their fitness goal- The knowledge as to which products are best for each persons individual goals

- Take orders and make tea, smoothies, coffee and other drinks- Operate cash and credit cards- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility- Socialize with customers and answer any questions they may have about our products

- Mowing greens, rough, fairways, and tees - Working on/fixing heavy machinery and equipment- Edging, weeding, and weed whipping- Keeping the golfers experience my top priority while getting my work done
