I recently graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Information Technology and a minor in Professional and Technical writing. My time at GSU has given me the skills to support a network environment while also providing great customer service. My degree is specialized in Networking, which includes computer hardware, router configuration, and software troubleshooting. I also have experience in working with Python, Microsoft SQL Server, and Linux. Minoring in Professional and Technical Writing allowed me to obtain the necessary soft skills to communicate well in the workplace. Combing that with my IT major gives me the ability to clearly communicate complex IT ideas into easy to understand terms. With my combined education and experience as an IT Help Desk Analyst, I'm ready to make a great contribution to your IT team!
