I look after the operations for Multinail in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.My role is to meet customers, listen to what they want, and then refine the people and processes in Multinail to deliver what is asked for. The challenge in this process is to minimise disruptions (external and internal) and to keep all staff focused on clear objectives. In a company 36+ years young and going through a generational change of management (as well as customers) it is crucial to continually question the norms that have been in place for so long. The world is moving fast and adaptation is crucial.
