I once aspired to be a teacher or lawyer, but my passion for helping others led me to a new path: licensed healthcare trainer. I'm now dedicated to helping adults navigate the complex healthcare system.At Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina, I train new hires on how to use Care Radius and Facets to help their members meet their healthcare needs. I also have experience training new hires and current employees at UnitedHealthcare to enroll members during Annual Enrollment, Open Enrollment, and Special Enrollment Periods.My passion for education and technology led me to pursue a certification in Social Media and a nano degree in Digital Marketing.
