I work in the Technical Customer Service area with the development and improvement of workflows, automation of tasks and creation of department’s controls/KPIs. In addition, I organize data and develop dashboards (Excel and Power BI) for other areas of the company and for the board of directors, in order to assist in decision making through the visualization of information.
