At CILA I kicked off my career as a grammar instructor to learners from various CERF levels ranging from A2 to C1. This experiece has helped me to get along with students quickly and help them with their minor or major doubts patiently and in a friendly manner. Later I was assigned to handle writing and speaking modules of the IELTS batches, which I was able to do successfully and attain mastery over those two modules. I am able to conduct mock tests confidently and evaluate the aforementioned modules to give the candidates constructive feedback.By the time I became the coordinator of the exam batch, I got familiar with online classroom platforms and tools. I am happy that I could apply TESOL methodology in my classrooms. Rather than a teacher, I have always been a friend or a mentor to my students, for which I am quite known among my collegues at the academy. I can also handle one to one sessions.
