The graduate program at Dimension Data was really an accelerate for young leaders. We were rotated through various parts of the business to understand the organization at a detailed level, and tasked with developing solutions to issues that business faced challenges with. Key Achievements- Winning Team of the Le Code to France Global corporate challenge – together with 3 other graduates, developed an innovative solution that was chosen to be implemented at the 2018 Tour de France. Our mandate was to use machine learning and other next-gen technology to enhance the viewing experience of the Tour. I was also given the opportunity to travel to Paris for the Tour de France as part of Dimension Data’s employee recognition program and saw our solution at work at the Tour. - Designed and deployed the new Team Dimension Data for Qhubeka (now NTT ProCycling) website – Together with 2 other graduates, we submitted our design proposal which was chosen to be implemented. The new website was launched on 1 January 2019 and boasts updated collateral, attractive look and feel as well as is GDPR compliant.
