Leading Brand & Strategy. I connect creative output to business value by building brand and business strategies with our team. Then support and empower our various disciplines in the execution of those strategies.

My number one job is to make sure people are supported as humans, and empowered as professionals. This includes both agencies and internal team members.Additionally, I own and develop brand strategy to hone our external and internal communication. This includes touch points throughout the customer journey: digital advertising, website, trade show presence, sales collateral, product design, and more. The devil is in the details, but you can't execute those details at the highest level without good strategy.

In charge of developing the Byron brand. As well as creating and aligning the look and feel of projects falling under graphic, industrial, interaction, and experience design in accordance with that brand. Additionally, I help drive business and brand strategy to move the company towards continual improvement and financial stability.

My role at On was to drive and support all design/creative needs across North America. This included, but wasn't limited to, the development of store installations, trade show booths, and pop up shops. Which included product merchandising, brand storytelling, furniture design, layout and crowd flow management, window graphics, post cards, and billboards. Additionally, I lead the curation, direction, and coordination of photoshoots for product + brand storytelling.

As an Industrial Designer for Sprout I was involved in the process of taking products from creative brief to production. If you're unfamiliar with that process it includes research, concept sketching, model making, CAD development, manufacturing and sourcing. On top of my industrial design responsibility I lead video production for the studio, and supplemented our graphic design and strategy teams.

Animation: Collaborated on the development of scripts, visuals, and creative direction. Client meetings and a sprinkle of client management.Website Design: Created the visual style and functional aspects of the North 40 and Era of Megafires websites.Graphic Design: Created visual style guides, logos, motion graphics, physical and digital page layouts, and ski graphics. For internal projects and clients.Presentation Design: Collaborated on the development of the Era of Megafires presentation. From storytelling to graphic style guide.

Industrial Design: Concept sketching, selection, and development of the Nubé Stratos system. Sewed and tested numerous prototypes. Involved in the initial rounds of product development preparing patterns, technical drawings, and bill of materials for manufacturing.Strategy: Market research and competitor analysis to support the validity of the Stratos system. As well as research into outdoor industry visual branding.Graphic Design: Development of the new Sierra Madre Research logo mark and initial push towards a style guide system.
