It’s to bring out the best in people by entrusting them with meaningful stewardships, and to create an environment in which high-trust interaction inspires creativity and possibility.”Over the past 5 years as an Administrator, I have successfully managed over 500 staff in various skilled nursing facilities, while maintaining financials and managing the coordination of each department within the facilities. I have done this by developing trust with those I work with, both in and outside the facilities. I believe good communication, providing excellent customer service and achieving results stems from relationships of trust. Prior to my work as an Administrator, I found success as a Sales Account Executive for Restaurant365 and Entrata, where I worked with C-Suite level individuals in helping their organizations produce more effective and efficient results.
