I lead the Product Acceleration engineering organization at Qualtrics. This organization is made up of 8 teams and about 40 engineers. We provide product and engineering platforms for improving customer experience and increasing user engagement across Qualtrics products. My organization covers four main areas:- Methodology Platform: A platform for research scientists to codify dynamic, reusable project templates and make them available to end users. These project templates help ensure proper methodology and help guide users through our product - helping them activate more features and receive higher quality results.- Frontend Platform: Provides distributed infrastructure for managing and deploying frontend applications, the engineering-wide design system, and a react library of reusable components.- Public Platform Engineering: Engineering platforms supporting all public facing content at Qualtrics - from marketing, to support, to communities.- Debt Relief: A highly specialized team focused on reducing cross-company technical debt.Each one of these areas has an excellent manager - allowing me to play a higher-level role building vision with excellent product managers and UX designers, coordinating with other engineering leaders across the company, and helping my managers and team members build innovative and performant products while growing their skills and career.

Grew my product area from 2 engineers to 10 engineers and drove millions of dollars in revenue. Drove several top-line initiatives, including cross-functional COVID related work that involved almost every function at Qualtrics from the executive team, to marketing, to sales, to engineering.

Built out a new product platform for standardizing research in our product. Included working with dozens of teams across Qualtrics to create a standard API interface enabling 3rd party partners to create reusable software projects.

Custom software development team* Operated as a customer-facing software developer, personally engaging in frequent dialogues with Fortune 500 clients to individually design, build, and deliver over $70,000 worth of tailored full-stack software every quarter.* Worked with Sales Representatives and Account Executives to deliver world-class customer experiences.
