Manage all Facility related work including Capital Projects, Building Systems and Contracts. Manage Vehicle Fleet, Climbing wall and Alpine Tower. Oversee all Logistics, gear and food procurement, issue and de-issue and related staff.

Founded the non-profit Building Bridges, Building Boats in Cold Spring, NY to teach high school students wooden boatbuilding skills from paper plans, mold building, hull construction to launch. Also provided community rowing and sailing programs and continued on as a Board Member until 2016.

Managed wilderness program for all incoming students to Partner high schools in New York City. Managed Unity Program - a multi-cultural week-long urban expedition, taking high school students into urban environments where they were expected to work together, perform service and experience new cultures and situations. Managed Sea Program, hiring and training staff, maintained vessels, liasoned with Coast Guard and planned porgrams and safety policies.

Worked on home renovations and new construction in Portsmouth, NH and Cold Spring, NY. Executed all phases of construction including: framing, sheathing, roofing, window and door installations, electrical and plumbing rough-ins and finish, HVAC, drywall, interior millwork creation and trim installation, tiling, painting, etc.
