I excel at communication, troubleshooting, call handling, investigative reporting and case management in a fast-paced SaaS environment. What brings me joy at work and in life is to see growth in people and systems that help growth are things to be cherished.Currently, my career aspiration is in the IT administration space. I am aiming to network with people in the industry and plan to obtain further COMPTIA and CCNA certifications.I have previously worked in accounting software at MYOB, in cleaning services and studied in the health sector as laboratory scientist and HCA.
