I've spent my entire career working for brands in the youth marketing space, straddling the blurred line between creative and strategy. As the Senior Director of Brand and Creative at Hudl, I'm responsible for leading a creative team of brand strategists, designers, video producers, web specialists and event producers. Together, we're building and executing brand strategies for the leading video and performance analysis company to help coaches, scouts, athletes, fans, and analysts change the way they see the game. Before Hudl, I was responsible for leading the creative and design teams as Creative Director at Archrival—a youth culture agency—always pushing for big ideas for brands including adidas, Red Bull, Epic Games, and Spotify. Prior to joining Archrival, I was VP of Marketing, Creative and Brand in the college retail and ecommerce industry. I also teach classes on copywriting, creative and brand strategy at the University of Nebraska and provide creative direction for the student-run ad agency⁠—something I've done off and on since 2010. A student of all things pop culture and comedy, I've been known to misquote things I swear I "heard on a podcast" or butcher a joke I heard in a Netflix stand-up special.
