At Ramji Law Group I was a Bridge Associate. Our law firm specialized in bodily injury. I was responsible for buying the police report or any other report made in connection to the clients incident. I would then get in contact with the third parties insurance company to set up a claim and get the adjusters contact information. I’d send the insurance adjuster a letter of representation and follow up on the adjusters liability decision. I kept close communication with the case managers. The case managers would assign me task to order policy limit searches and policy existence searches. I started at Ramji Law Group with no experience in Law. It was the most interesting work I’ve done and I would love to do something similar.

At Torchy’s Tacos I was a part of my first store grand opening. We watched our store get built, hired our staff and trained them ourselves. Over the three years I worked with Torchy’s, I managed at 5 locations. This gave me the opportunity to learn a great deal about different stores of the the same concept. At the final location I worked in, the General Manager promoted me to Local Store Marketer. It was a great experience being involved and becoming known in a community. I set up spirit nights weekly with all of the schools and teams in our community to build business. I was in communication with school principals, PTO teams and city officials.

My first job was Outback Steakhouse. I was hired when I was 16 as a busser. I worked my way up to takeaway in my first few months. From there I learned all positions from the kitchen to front of house. I was then promoted to hourly manager and then front of house salary manager. I grew tremendously in the eight years that I working with Outback Steakhouse.
