At Ojo Labs I served a role similar to that of a loan officer dealing with mortgage applications of consumers in the United States. Engaging consumers for the purchase and selling of real estate allowed me to get experience in the logistics of real estate brokering. Vetting of consumers led to communicating with real estate agents representing the various properties. A highlight of my time working with Ojo Labs was my inclusion in their mortgage specialist "Tiger Team". This was a team of eight of us working all of the mortgage leads throughout Florida in order to complete a merger between Ojo Labs and Rocket Mortgage. This merger would allow Ojo labs AI network to be coupled with the biggest mortgage provider in the United States in Rocket Mortgage.

During my time at the Co-op I served as Team Lead in charge of record taking, financial/wage booking and facilitating roles of HR. These roles included leading one-on-one performance appraisals with workers on my team. With this being a part of the retail industry the responsibilities consisted in the overseeing of purchasing of goods and marketing skills for shop designing during seasonal periods.
