My work experience consists of customer service, sales, consulting, and managerial experience. I am currently working towards a Masters Degree in the Science of analytics through Georgia Tech. I am seeking a position that will allow me to combine strong personal attributes and help people and their businesses with data driven insights. Thanks to my work with my brother in Casey Consulting, I have become very closely familiarized with multiple CRM softwares and marketing strategies (including Hubspot, Sharpspring, Salesforce, etc.). Using cloud-based softwares, marketing strategies, Python, R, and SQL, we are able to help businesses track KPI's that were not easily accessible through their database. I also did similar work for SummitSol to observe attendance numbers to track trends in class numbers to help assist in planning future events and schedules.With additional experience in management, onboarding, sales, and customer service gained from Enterprise, APEX | Yoga Pod, and Earls Kitchen, I find I am often a valuable asset to any team I am placed on. I am a very hard worker, tech-savvy, organized, and have great time management skills. I approach new opportunities with excitement; for that reason, I find myself adept in applying new skills throughout daily practices. I pride myself as a good teacher, team player, and communicator. It’s these skills that makes interacting with people so enjoyable. I am looking to continue my career journey in a remote or semi-remote environment to grow my skills and help people make smart decisions derived from data.
