Problem solving is my one true passion. My natural curiosity has always driven me to look for real solutions to root causes rather than getting stuck playing wack-a-mole with the symptoms. I take an analytical approach as both a teacher and a team leader. This ensures that both client and staff are provided with the tools they need to successfully achieve their goals.As a teacher, I learned that specific goals and continuous progress are the best motivators for development. My client focused mindset has allowed me to train world class dancers, taking them to levels that they never imagined possible when they began working with me. This was made easy by working with a skilled and knowledgeable team. I have been privileged to work with the Arthur Murray staff in the Toronto area for the past 6 years and have enjoyed the supportive and collaborative approach to growing our business. As the Manager of the North York location, I believe in working to improve the skills and performance of the staff through hard work, collaboration, and no shortage of laughter. In an industry full of stars, it is important to remember that no superstar is better than a passionate and driven team that loves working together each and every day.
