Led a team of 40 that provides Finance, IT, ERM, HR, Internal Audit, Stakeholder Relations, Marketing, Facilities and Fleet services for one of the most comprehensive, quasi-privatized safety system programs in the world. The authority in 7 years grew from 175 employees to 300 employees in 28 retail offices with revenues of $41 million. Key accomplishments include:Convinced reluctant Board of financial targets and new pricing strategy outside of industry norms. Led controversial consultation and negotiation sessions and successfully persuaded parties to accept redesigned pricing methods and substantial price increases (20%-100%). Enabled doubling of revenues in 3 years and the identifying of market penetration opportunities. Met financial targets 2 years ahead of schedule. Grew equity reserves from start-up status to a $28 million dollar investment fund.Drove development of a multi-year IT strategy and business case to replace compromised legacy system.
