Previously a Creative Pro at Apple Guildford Town Centre. I created memorable experiences for those interested in learning how to express themselves and become more creative using art and technology. I used my expansive technological and artistic experiences to teach classes on photography, videography, drawing, app design, music, product skills, and coding.Behind the scenes you will find me using data analysis to provide feedback and make educated suggestions for programming and scheduling. I created an elaborate spreadsheet to track daily deliverables which I use to see patterns and trends. I am always improving and developing and recently found ways to speed up data entry and maximize automations and calculations.Over the years at Apple I have had many different experiences. One of these experiences was facilitating on-boarding and training for new team members where I used my strong presentation skills to set my team up for success. This involved four back to back groups of new hires and required excellent time management skills. Since this experience ended, I still find myself using the tools I learned and continue to be a mentor.In 2020 I got the opportunity to work from home and assisted both online customer support/sales and virtual customer training sessions. This experience helped me refine my verbal communication and descriptive language skills.When not at work, you will find me at farmers markets, weddings, street corners, or down by the beach at sunset performing with my saxophone. This has allowed me to build my brand, Creating Beautiful Songs, as a musician for hire.
