I am responsible for the preparation, management and spend of the Service Charge budgets which equate to £2 million per annum. I authorise and manage all service charge contracts which include, security, cleaning, mechanical and engineering, vertical transportation, IT and telecommunications, professional consultants and repairs (both fabric and M&E). My role requires the control of all Health and Safety and Fire Safetyfor the building, in addition to all statutory maintenance and inspections.The appointment includes liaison between the tenant and the landlord for all proposed building works, rent reviews and H&S issues.
