While working through support tickets, I would research and deploy new technologies to better the company in not only ease of access, but also time and effort. The environment here was about 250 servers, mostly Windows.● Security patching of Window server 2008R2 to 2019, VMware ESXi 7, and our CentOS 8 servers. For windows we used Kace or WSUS, and for Linux a Satellite server.● Architect and migrate all EOL Windows servers to 2019 or 2022.● Manage DFS, and its replication.● Responsible for all backups, and verification of continuity of them using Cohesity.● Manage and support all SAN storage.● Automate all new server build outs both Windows and Linux.● Deploy policies and procedures for both Windows and Linux servers.● Began research with Docker, and slowly implemented it into our testing environment.● Automate and document many long tasks, for windows Power Shell was used, for Linux shell or python was used.

Duties include assisting employees with all IT issues dealing with phones and computers. Working with a ticket system known as Track-it, assign tickets to the correct teams with issues that I was unable to resolve.

Answer calls in a very high call volume call center environment that averages 600 calls a day and work with users to address and resolve a multitude of issues. Preform desktop support remotely for user’s computers, install software and programs onto PC’s manually or by pushing it through other applications.
