Corporate process owner for Decorative Laminate manufacturing processes. I use process engineering methodology and Lean Six Sigma tools to improve product cost, quality and delivery. I solved the #1 and #3 PFMEA failure modes. I work closely with program teams during Industrialization phase to identify and solve manufacturability issues. I standardize processes, safety and training across all factories in UK, France, Mexico, Tunisia and USA. I am running research and development campaigns to optimize materials and processes.
