I would be a fantastic hire because of my ability to get along with anyone. My personality is one of my greatest selling points. I do struggle with being a perfectionist but have learned that sometimes time is more precious than quality. I have learned to balance them out and still do quality work. I have worked as a rental manager for almost a decade. This requires me to talk with tenants about renting and problems they may have. This job has improved speech skills. I have mastered a ton of skills; electrical, plumbing, drywall, and carpentry work to name a few. I am very well rounded, Jack of all trades kinda of person.
