• Define, drive and deliver against the product roadmap for the full suite of H&R Block’s market leading financial product portfolio: Emerald Advance, Refund Advance, Refund Transfer & Emerald Card • Routinely create and lead small and large group presentations about product performance and roadmaps to both peers and executives.• Partner with other product managers, corporate analytics, IT, UX, Operations and other stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional projects impacting multiple facets of the enterprise• Lead brainstorm sessions and assess new requests with a critical lens to determine validity • Work with other product managers, develop ideas / hypothesis to meaningfully improve KPIs• Ensure requirements are refined and ready for implementation, manage execution and evaluation• Evangelize product successes and best practices, as well as share learnings from the end to end process of getting from “hypothesis to results”

• Use in-depth understanding of system to write requirements for reports used by for users and/or clients from system(s) which aid in business decision making• Develop and conduct user training on system(s) functionality• Work with field and internal users to understand system needs and develop plans for meeting those needs• Assist in large scope projects or lead activities in small to medium scope projects during analysis, design, construction and testing phases of projects• Facilitate in requirements and design sessions for smaller to medium scope projects and participate in the requirements and design sessions for large scope projects• Define and document functional and system specifications• Develop process & system flows• Prioritize system and data functionality requirements based on user needs and project constraints• Review design documentation with users and developers• Work with users and technical team to produce project charters, scope documents and conceptual design documents• Work with vendors and vendor packages to ensure that system requirements are understood• Develop presentation materials and conduct presentations to users/teams/executives

• Conduct face-to-face & Virtual tax interviews with clients• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and service• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration

• Work with field and internal users to understand needs and assist with development plans for meeting those needs• Assist with activities during requirement definition, design, construction and testing phases of projects• Assist with the development of project charters, scope documents, conceptual design documents, and project workplans/timelines• Assist with the coordination of pilot and rollout planning, user enhancement requests and defect tracking• Assist with the development and delivery of user training on system(s) functionality• Create and deliver periodic status reports
