I have led multi-discipline engineering teams on over ten infrastructure Design-Build Projects, delivering over $2B of work with increasing levels of responsibility. My Design-Build experience includes leading the design team for the the WSDOT Padden Creek Fish Passage Design-Build ($25M) and Coastal 29 Fish Passage Progressive Design-Build ($350M) Projects, and the City of Wenatchee Confluence Parkway Progressive Design-Build Project ($150M). I also led the design team for the SR 520 Floating Bridge Project ($766M) for over six years throughout construction. My daily interaction with Engineers, public agencies, and Contractors has provided me with the unique understanding of the lifecycle of a project, including impacts related to schedule, cost, the environment and the traveling public. My public agency design-build experience over the past 16 years has provided me a broad understanding of WSDOT and other public agency regulations, codes and procedures.
