I am a highly motivated and conscientious Engineer with 35 years experience within the power generation industry, used to working on my own initiative with minimal supervision or as part of a team. I have gained extensive knowledge in maintaining a wide range of turbo-generation plant and apparatus. I have worked on a many manufacture types of Turbines, both steam and gas driven.My key strengths are my ability to lead and motivate project teams, setting key targets and calling on appropriate skills to maintain work programmes. I have excellent skills in using Microsoft project for identifying critical paths and implementing innovative solutions to maintain project end date.I have an excellent safety record and hold NEBOSH qualification.I am flexible in my approach to work, have excellent communication skills and crucially in a challenging & dynamic environment I can maintain a sense of humour and sense of reality.
