I'm the Managing Director of H2o Vend Ltd a vending and water cooler business. We sell, Manage, Rent equipment and sell products to end users. From small solus accounts up to businesses that have 400 staff on site. H2o Vend key vision is to bring a high quality product range to our customers. To ensure that our customers receive the very best experience from the interaction with our staff, to the delivery of the product. We now have our'own label' product range, Eden Fields. The range includes coffees, granulated milk and hot chocolate. Using our experience and Knowledge of what works our products produces a reliable and constant drink from our equipment.

My main responsibilities to ensure that staffing levels were met to the needs of the business, which included financial, budget and product planning. Managing the store when the senior store manager was away. Keeping stock and orders at correct levels, this included all grocery items were correctly price to computerised systems. Responsible for store opening and closing procedures as required. Cover staff sickness. Actively took part in decision making of hiring staff within the business
