I assisted our retail agency partners with placing coverage for their clients in the E&S market. I underwrote new submissions and obtained quotes from carriers to present to my agents. I also maintained my own renewal book of business of over $4M premium

I helped a long-time customer of IMEG that manufactures medical devices improve their documentation and quality processes so they could remain FDA-certified. I also worked internally at IMEG to plan and execute sales and marketing strategies.

I worked on a team that supplied data & analytics to the Commercial Lines Underwriting department. We ran monthly reports to monitor pricing metrics and combined ratios. We also helped individual underwriting teams develop and track Objective and Key Results (OKRs) so they could improve their bottom line. I worked on ad hoc requests from upper management.

I assisted our underwriters with their renewal books by pricing renewal quotes, reviewing MVR's, and setting up endorsements. I worked to develop relationships with our agency partners in coastal Georgia.
