In the fall of 2018 a group of students including myself created the company “Simple Starters” we make conversation starter cards that spark conversation within households. Our goal is to strengthen the mental health among teens in our community by providing a way for relationships amongst children and their parents to improve.As Vice President of Sales and Marketing I was required to develop a marketing strategy, develop a plan, and execute this plan. I managed a sales team of eight other members by setting goals and motivating my team members to achieve those goals daily.
