 Provided support and maintenance of the information systems network to over 1,500 employees across ten different work sites and 3 domains. Responded to help calls, performed necessary problem solving/trouble shooting tasks in accordance with operational procedures.  Utilized imaging software to create and implement images for Windows 7 operating systems. Worked in a computer lab environment utilizing Windows and Novell environments. Work on maintaining our Blackberry server and adding new devices to work with outlook.
