Managing a portfolio of 18 Air Traffic Control towers around New Zealand.Day to day responsibilies include:Contractor management.Ensuring contractors adhere to strict Health and Safety policies. Reviewing safe methods of work, SSSPs and JSA's. Working within both CAPEX & OPEX budgets and ensuring reactive and proactive work are carried out to a high standard.Managing delivery of all form 12 and 12a BWoF's for each of the manned control towers throughout New Zealand. Adding Capex work and budgeting to the Sentient (PPM)portfolio, programme and project management tool and managing each of the stages as work progresses.

Daily maintenance of the new Convention Centre. Assisting my manager with input into proactive maintenance and contractor inspections throughout the year. Monitoring and adjusting temperatures, HVACs, AHUs, chiller units throughout the building using the Siemen’s Desigo BMS software and the IBAMS portal.
