With 20 years of experience in client relations, my most recent position; a role that will be forever ingrained in my heart, Care Cooridinator among many other duties at Coastal Animal Clinic; taught me how strenuously rewarding it is to blend heartfelt compassion with high efficiency in client, dually pet care. Fortunately, Marley can be a bit easier to please! I try and maintain a sense of humor and do not prescribe to rigidness of some corporate cultures. I believe we should loosen the reigns a bit, not be afraid to show compassion, we may have more business that value personal time and also strive to create value for the customer and stakeholder. My colleagues and I's efforts in orchestrating a overhaul, coupled with my creative marketing initiatives from 2022-2024, have significantly contributed to our clinic's reputation for excellence. This role has allowed me to leverage my previous experience as an Insurance Agent, where I honed my skills in autonomous client management and personalized insurance solutions, further enriching my competencies in client relations, team building, and leadership. I had a strong foundation to compound on these invaluable service skills from my previous roles in restaurant service, owner of landscaping company, and retail stores associate. My commitment to innovative problem-solving and effective communication has been pivotal in implementing sustainable practices and optimizing client satisfaction.
