Experience as part of the Equipment Support Group at Merck & Co. (West Point) within Laboratory Operations. -Supported advanced pharmaceutical quality-control testing instrumentation and computer systems. -Maintained and monitored data backup systems such as NuGenesis SDMS and Veritas Backup Exec. -Responsible for the 2016 and 2017 Performance Monitoring Reports for 200+ testing instruments and their associated computer systems. -Both developed supporting documentation for, and executed, system development life cycle change/version controls. -Contributed to the recovery effort following a massive ransomware attack in June 2017, involving overhaul of all computer systems and implementation of new software requirements to mitigate risk in the future.-Skilled in GxP laboratory and data integrity standards, both within the lab and within the supporting business roles. Specific focus on 21 CFR Part 11 and audit trails to support data integrity.-Coordinated with various vendors, quality departments, and laboratory business units to facilitate effective laboratory operations.

Experience at a small pharmaceutical production lab with involvement in compounding, packaging, quality control, quality assurance, and FDA compliance. Experience with production of pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical supply chain, laboratory operations, and cGMP standards in a highly regulated sterile environment.
