Young and excited USA Level 4 Ice Hockey Coach with 6+ years of experience teaching all ages and compete levels. With expertise in Player Recruitment, Team Roster Structure, Team Systems, Player Development, Video Coaching and Organization of the program on and off the ice. Transparent communication, Attention to Detail and the ability to adapt to the teams roster, the opponents roster and the ever growing strategies that allow programs to succeed are staples of my approach to coaching. With 2 years at the NCAA DIII level, going on a 3rd at the Junior A level, my networking consists of coaches, owners and players across the country and increased depth in the New England area, with extensive experience with players ages 15-24.
