Digerati Solutions offered website solutions for small to large organisations to establish an online presence/solution. Covering strategy, web design, development and hosting. Additionally, Digerati developed an online application for the NSW Government's sports education department, facilitating seamless online consent registrations for sporting events. My role was broad, I managed projects from start to delivery, which encompassed workshops, proposals, sales, wireframing, client/internal liaison, accounts, onboarding, support and more. - Account management, first point of contact for new leads, existing clients, internal and external stakeholders; including financial oversight.- Managed all Digerati projects from start to finish, beginning with client meetings and ending with website launch. Responsibilities encompass proposals, workshops, scoping, documentation, Gantt charts, wireframing, technical planning, testing, and client training.- Weekly WIPs and scrums to ensure successful delivery of high quality projects.- Implemented a roadmap board for the team to easily manage their tasks of a project within Notion.- Successfully onboarded NSW Government school sports units onto the Dash application (www.dashapp.com.au). Collaborated closely with executive officers to understand and transition their paper-based workflows to tailored online solutions, achieving 100% success rate within deadlines.- Client success lead for NSW Government executives, sport convenors through to parents/guardians.- Conducted large scale presentations, showcasing the product.

Icon Visual Marketing offered a comprehensive suite of marketing and advertising services, including consultancy, strategy, digital marketing, design, web development, content production, video production, photography, print and production. With over 40 employees across various teams, catering to both B2B and B2C clients. My role at Icon Visual Marketing spanned from senior web developer, team/technical lead to project manager of the web/digital team. - Employed initially as senior developer within this marketing agency then progressed to technical lead and team leader of the web/digital team consisting of seven members. Analitix IT provided end to end I.T services for small to large businesses, including web development and management of hosting, domains and DNS. Starting as a web developer within Analitix IT, I transitioned into the role of senior developer, acquiring valuable insights into project management along the way.- With the acquisition of The Pagesmith, I progressed from a web developer to a senior role, assuming managerial responsibilities within a year. - As part of my responsibilities, I managed web projects, handling tasks such as scoping and documentation. Regular attendance at BNI meetings enhanced my face-to-face communication and sales skills. My expanded skill set at this IT industry organisation includes email services, POP/IMAP/hosted exchange, server management, DNS, domain management for clients, and more. - Successfully managed and delivered the membership database for Rotary Down Under.

- I was initially employed as a web developer and quickly advanced to the role of senior developer within just 12 months.- By utilising a custom-built CMS, I honed my backend development skills and acquired hands-on experience in managing privately owned and operated web servers.- During the employment period, I strengthened my customer service and support abilities, as well as sales and upselling, taking on the primary liaison role for new leads and clients. This involved generating estimates and partnering with external entities on design, transforming ideas into online solutions.
