-Flows goods to the sales floor following the principles of Merchandise Presentation Standards.-Ensures the creation and maintenance of current, fresh, and fashionable features.-Ensures all fixtures are properly signed.-Ensures the quick and efficient flow of goods into the departments.With Management, establishes merchandising plans and priorities for assigned departments and classifications.-Provides prompt, knowledgeable customer service to both internal and external customers.-Provides training to all Associates on merchandise/presentation standards, flow, recovery and merchandising principles.-Processes cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, according to established policy and procedure.-Approves returns following the proper policy and procedure.-Assists in resolving rewraps and no-ticket merchandise.-Maintains cleanliness, recovery and organizational standards throughout the store.-Approves markdowns within approval authority and according to policy and procedure.-Communicates all shrink/damage reduction related ideas and concerns to Management and Loss --Prevention. Attends store shrink meetings.-Reports to Store Management any type of safety hazard in the store.
