Coaching volleyball at the University of Pennsylvania is more than just a job for me. It is a passion and a mission that combines my love for the sport, my academic background in sport management, and my skills in organizational development and team leadership. I have been an assistant coach at Penn since August 2021, and I have contributed to the success and growth of the program, the staff, and the student-athletes.Before joining UPenn, I worked as a supervisor at Netlynx Sports Inc., a company that provides equipment for sports organizations and facilities. There, I managed multiple projects, trained and mentored new hires. I also completed my master's degree in sport management at Northern Illinois University, where I served as a graduate assistant for the women's volleyball program. I have over 12 years of experience in the sports industry, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
