I have been passionate about the car business since 2012, starting as a salesperson and working my way into management. In 2022, I made a significant career move to Cox Automotive to spend more time with my family after getting married and welcoming my first child in 2023. Over the past 12 years, I have built wonderful relationships with coworkers and clients, driven by my passion for continuous improvement.In my role as an Operations Performance Manager, I have successfully led initiatives to optimize performance metrics, enhance client satisfaction, and drive operational excellence. My key skills include client relationship management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. I have been recognized for my achievements, winning Salesperson of the Year in the car business, breaking F&I records for highest MTD gross at the dealership, and being awarded MVP on several occasions at Cox Automotive.Outside of work, I cherish every moment with my wife and child—they mean the world to me. My faith in Jesus Christ has been a cornerstone of my life, and I am grateful for His grace each day. In my spare time, I enjoy golfing and am actively involved in my church, where my wife and I love to serve our community.My career goals include moving into a Director position within the company to lead a team of Performance Managers, providing the best service to our clients and boosting revenue for the company.
